Nathasassi Warittanadejcho (AMI) (Khru Aer)

Executive Director, Founder & Licensee

Khru Aer always wanted to be a teacher. When she saw a Montessori school for the first time her view of what children could experience in a school changed completely. It was the most harmonious and inspiring learning environment she had ever seen. Khru Aer received her Montessori teacher accreditation from one of the most respected AMI training colleges in the world, in London, UK. In 2010 building started on the school you see today - in the heart of the community in which khru Aer grew up a child. CMM opened its doors for the first time later that same year. Aer maintains a central guiding force at CMM to this day. She sometimes takes school visitor tours, leads workshops and, occasionally, provides cover for teachers when they are absent. Aer loves to see the children at school flourish and also to see the staff grow develop within their roles.

Satid Keuanwang (Mr. Neung)

School Director, Safeguarding

Mr. Nueng is in charge of school operations. His knowledge of contracts, work regulations, and how schools work makes him a key team member. Nueng enjoys working with the Ministry of Education to ensure clear communication and compliance, handling visa processes and teacher documentation with a pro active approach. As the quality assurance coordinator, Nueng manages our Self Assessment Report (SAR) each year and helps with strategic planning for school growth. He takes pride in supporting teachers by organizing training seminars and making sure they have what they need to succeed. His passion for creating a supportive environment reflects his honesty and integrity, and he believes every individual helps make CMMIS a wonderful environment for children and staff alike.

Tarunya Gouthaman (AMI)

Head of School, Safeguarding

As the Head of School, Tarunya is committed to fostering an inspiring and inclusive environment for student growth. With her AMI and IB training, she collaborates with teachers and staff to prioritize student well-being and development. With over a decade of Montessori experience and a diverse background, she aims to build a supportive community that meets each learner's unique needs, ensuring every child feels valued. Tarunya appreciates being part of the CMMIS team, where collaboration and support flourish like a big family every day!

Narupon Wild (Coach Naz)

Director of Football, Partnerships

With 13 years of professional football experience across three continents, Naz has developed a deep understanding of the game at every level. His journey began in the Netherlands and took him through Thailand's Thai League 1 and Malaysia's Super League, representing nine different clubs along the way. From youth football to the professional ranks, he's seen it all-promotions, relegations, and championship victories - gaining invaluable insight into effective club management and adapting to diverse football cultures.

Vivian Lyu

Admissions, Communications & Chinese Family Special Liaison

Vivian graduated from university and engaged in teaching and international cultural exchange projects for nearly 20 years. She has founded international education services and is good at various recruitment work, event organization and communication coordination. With her understanding and love of international Montessori education, she has been responsible for the school's admissions work since she joined CMM in 2022, continuously optimizing all admissions processes, and coordinating various communication work between students and schools, contributing to the growth of the CMM family.

Passapong Jirawattanasak (Pae)

Marketing & Communications Director

Pae is a dynamic Marketing & Communications Director with over 15 years of experience in branding, stakeholder engagement, and event management across the aviation, sports, and education industries. With a proven track record of driving strategic growth, enhancing brand visibility, and building strong partnerships, he has successfully led marketing communications at Bangkok Airways and Virgin Active Thailand. At CMMIS, Pae envisions creating a thriving, interconnected school community. Through innovative campaigns and strategic collaborations, he aims to position CMMIS as a leading institution with a Montessori approach—one that inspires students, engages families, and fosters academic excellence in an ever-evolving educational landscape.
