  • Enrollment Fee

    50,000 THB (non-refundable) payable on acceptance of a place.

  • Security Deposit

    5,000 THB is taken at the point of enrollment and covers damage to / loss of library books and classroom materials while your child is at school.

  • Discount for annual advanced payment

    5% Discount when the full year is paid in advance by the deadline announced by the school office. In normal circumstances the deadline for payment will be May 1st each year. A limited number of these places are available each year. Please enquire at the school office for further information.

  • Sibling Discount

    5% discount for the second child, for families enrolling more than one child.

  • Wait-list Fee

    3,000 THB (non-refundable). Holds a place for your child up to a year.

  • Mid-term enrollment

    Please Enquire.
    For 65-85 days we calculate the daily amount from the basic term fee.
    For 21 – 65 days we charge 1,300THB per day
    For 5 – 20 days we charge 1,600THB per day

    Education & Guardian Visa

    The school will be happy to help you to get the correct visa to attend school in Thailand and we charge 3,000 THB administration fee for each application.

    Please seek advice from your nearest Thai consulate for the most up to date information on specific requirements, and processing times. We recommend that you get your visas before traveling to Thailand as the immigration office in Chiang Mai can become extremely busy before the start of the academic year.

  • Payment

    Fees can be paid annually or twice per year. All fees should be paid by bank transfer, cash or crossed-cheque. When paying fees, please keep a remittance slip and send a copy to the school office. All fees should be paid in Thai Baht.

    In normal circumstances, a term is the shortest period of enrollment. If you join the school mid-term the fees will be calculated pro-rata – see left. All fees must be paid before your child starts school.

  • Summer School

    This runs during July every year. Please enquire for more information. Fees are paid in advance and, due to budgeting constraints, are non-refundable.

    Please Note – Annual Increases of Fees

    Unless stated otherwise, fees will typically rise by approximately 5% per year. Any increase will come into affect before the start of the new academic year and will be applied to the first term (August – December). Please contact the school office for more information.

    Fees for new families will stay the same for at least 12 months from the point of enrollment.
